Miracles Zamudio Romero

Expert and Passionate about Sustainability
Former Vice Chair of the Stakeholder Council of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) as well as President of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of State companies – Fonafe, Country Manager at BSD Consulting Peru, founder and Director of WomenCEO Peru. He has more than 20 years of experience holding executive positions in large companies such as Telefónica and Electroperú.
Milagros obtained her Master's in Communications from Michigan State University (USA) and has also studied at Harvard University and EY Amsterdam.
He is currently President of Personaz US, the United States office of his own sustainable development consulting company which operates in different Latin American countries. Likewise, she has been a Training Partner of the GRI since 2018 and an auditor of the SA8000 Human Rights Standard. Also, it has been participating as a jury in different awards such as "beyondBanking" of the IDB, the Spanish publication Corresponsables, among others. She works as a guest panelist at various national and international events, as well as being a master's and postgraduate university professor, and a guest columnist for different publications. He is part of the ISO26000 Technical Committee at the Quality Institute – INACAL.
Romina Gutierrez Paz

Communicator from the San Ignacio de Loyola University, she also has a Master's Degree in Strategic Communication for Organizations, an International Diploma in Community Relations and Social Responsibility, in addition to taking various specialization courses at MIT (USA), Wharton School (USA) and Vrije Universiteit (Netherlands).
More than 8 years of experience as a consultant in corporate social responsibility and sustainability, in organizations from various sectors in Latin America.
He has participated in the preparation of various sustainability reports, stakeholder mapping and materiality analysis. In addition, it has supported various organizations to obtain certifications related to sustainability and social responsibility. Likewise, he has experience in the development of corporate social responsibility policies. He has obtained the Sustainability Specialist certificate granted by the Global Reporting Initiative with which he has been able to be part of the GRI teaching team .
Franco Portocarrero Estrada
CONSULTANT
Bachelor's degree in Biology from the Cayetano Heredia University with a Master's degree in Environmental Sciences from the Agrarian University and specialization in Social Responsibility and Sustainability, Environmental Management at the ESAN University.
He has training as an Internal Auditor and Lead Auditor for the preparation and review of Carbon Inventories; as IRCA Auditor/Lead Auditor in Environmental Management Systems - SGS. He has received training in Production and Use of Climate Information for PNA, REDD+ Programs and Impacts of Climate Change.
He has been a Teacher and Advisor in Environmental Technologies with specialization in Soil Management and Conservation, Industrial Ecology and Socio-environmental Responsibility. He has directed training projects on Cleaner Production and Energy Efficiency focused on SMEs, and developed multiple training courses on Community Environmental Management and Monitoring. He has worked in the mining field conducting applied research on cyanide biodegradation.
